新华网8月27日电 中科院紫金山天文台通报，28日将发生月全食。届时，只要天气
中科院紫金山天文台副研究员曹云介绍，继今年3月4日发生月全食后，我国公众又将欣赏到一次美妙的月全食天象。根据天文测算，28日发生的月全食的整个过程是：16时51分月亮开始进入地球本影，17时52分整个月亮被地球本影吞没。
此后，从我国的东部沿海地区开始，已淹没在地球本影中的月亮从东方升起，即带食月出，太阳则从西方落下。18时37分月亮进入地球本影的最深处。19时23分月亮开始离开地球本影，月亮逐渐开始露出亮光，随着时间
曹云表示，公众虽然不能观赏到此次月全食的整个过程，但却由此能够欣赏到带食月出，可以说是“因祸得福”。另外，月全食最精彩的时刻，即月亮进入地球本影的最深处，公众也是能够欣赏到的。曹云提醒，从发生的时间和季节来说，此次月全食的观测条件都是比较好的，因此，有条件的公众一定不要错过了这次机会。错过了这次后，我国的公众再想观赏月全食，就要等到2011年6月16日了。
各地观测指南
广州：最佳观测时间是19时07分至23分，只有约16分钟的时间。
杭州：月出时间为18时25分，浙江林学院（在临安）举办天文观测活动，市民可免费使用林学院东湖校区的数十台天文望远镜观看。
北京：16时51分，初亏，此时月亮尚在地平线下，无法观测。
18时51分，月亮升起
19时23分，生光（月球开始移出地球本影），月亮位于地平线上5°，可观测。
20时24分，复原（月球完全移出地球本影），可观测。
重庆：因地处西南，日落时间较晚，月食前半段难以观测。市民可看到晚7时23分之后的明月复圆过程，此时正是月出之时，天空将现美妙的“带食月出”奇观。
