Travian是一款德国开发的网页游戏(WebGame)。类似帝国时代，属于策略类游戏，使用浏览器就可以玩，不需要安装客户端。国外服务器地址：www.travian.com,Travian的中文翻译是"部落战争",国服官方主页地址是：www.travian.cn。我就是在s8.travian.cn,也就是国服8号服务器。
Travian是一款免费的, 无需下载任何客户端, 基于浏览器即可运行的大型网上战略游戏, 由德国Travian公司制作发行. 目前已有超过20个语言版本, 玩家遍及世界各地, 被誉为德国最好的网页游戏. 玩家只需要提供一个邮件地址, 为自己取一个响亮的名字, 选择自己喜爱的种族, 通过系统邮件激活后就可以成为这个宏大世界中一个村落的首领. 与其他平台上的战略游戏一样。
游戏里有三个种族：高卢、罗马、日尔曼
高卢人偏重于防御，一般的人不会选择攻打形成一定规模的高卢人。 因为高卢人的避难山洞容量是一般民族的2倍，配合陷阱，另一半的攻打者很头疼。 罗马人后期实力很强，兵种攻防兼备，但是造价昂贵。称王者需要一个漫长的过程，初期很容易成为攻击目标。 日耳曼人，防御性很差，机动速度慢。优点是攻击强，兵种造价低廉。进攻抢劫单兵携带物品多。同样也会成为攻击目标。 我选择的就是罗马人，其实是不适合新手的一个种族，不过玩多了罗马帝国，还是喜欢这个罗马。不多说了，有机会大家来Travian cn8来找我，我的ID是冰山雁。
