医生说，在这种恶劣的天气条件下外出，一定要小心谨慎。如果不幸摔伤，也不要过于紧张。伤者首先应该看清楚自己的伤口是开放型的，还是非开放型的。
市人民医院骨一科医师 柴大起：如果是开放型伤口，也就是有破口的，不论破口大小，必须送医院治疗，并注射破伤风抗毒素。对于此类受伤，一般要求在6～8小时之内，缝合伤口为最佳时机，千万不能耽误。事实上，有些伤，自己的感觉并不是十分准确，正确方法是即使感到伤不重，也应该到医院进行检查。受伤初期如果出现肿胀，可以用冰块或冷水进行冷敷，只有到恢复期以后，方可热敷。
另外需要注意的一点是，摔倒后有些人可能没有立即感觉到疼痛，没有及时治疗，几天后感觉到疼痛了，再去医院治疗。医生说，这种做法也是不可取的。
不过我们还是要提醒大家注意交通安全，避免这类事情的发生。
